Before the beef arrives at KS on the Keys, our butchers ensure the beef is aged to a minimum of 35 days. Ageing is important both to the flavour and texture of the meat. This process allows natural enzymes to break down fibres and tenderize the meat. Our beef is always fresh never frozen to ensure you receive the most quality cut of beef.
 
     
         
  8 oz cut of 35 day aged filet mignon, aaa Alberta beef fire grilled, drizzled with our
beef glaze and topped with garlic butter. Accompanied with a 4 oz baked
lobster tail and presented with seasoned steak cut fries and sautéed asparagus.
         
     
         
  10 oz centre cut of 35 day aged New York strip loin, aaa Alberta beef fire
grilled to your liking with a 4 oz lobster tail baked in garlic butter. Your choice of

  12 oz of rosemary and peppercorn crusted lamb chops cooked medium
and drizzled with our beef glazed sauce. Served with mint jelly. Presented with
garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
